Editorial & corrections policy
How we report, how we use technology, and how we put things right when we get them wrong.
Last updated: 28 October 2026
Sourcing
Every report lists the publications and official sources it is based on at the end of the article, with links. We attribute claims to the people or bodies that made them and distinguish confirmed facts from allegations.
Stories that are still unfolding are marked as developing and updated as more information becomes available.
Use of AI
Some reports, credited to the Vani24 Trends Desk, are drafted with AI assistance from published reporting and official statements, then checked by automated quality rules for sourcing, duplication and accuracy. These articles say so in their sources section. Featured images on these stories are AI-generated illustrations and are labelled as such; they are not photographs of the events described.
Our editors review flagged stories, and any reader can ask us to check a report.
Independence
Advertising and sponsored placements are clearly labelled “Sponsored” and have no influence on our news coverage.
Corrections
If we publish something inaccurate, we correct it promptly and note the change on the article when it affects the substance of the story.
To report an error, email contact@vani24.com with the article link and the correction. We review every request.
